This is the one desert that my wife requests I make.
You will need;
One full size banana per person plus one (I use five bananas for a family of four)
Coconut Sugar 1/3 cup
Butter, 3 tablespoons
Vanilla Extract, splash
Amaretto, 1 shot
Peel and chop bananas into coin size rounds.
Heat skillet over medium high heat, once warm, add butter. The butter should sizzle while you spread it evenly around the pan. Add chopped bananas, stir once. Add coconut sugar, stir once. Add splash of vanilla, stir once. Add shot of amaretto, stir until sauce is consistent and caramelized.
Serve immediately over vanilla ice cream, drizzle chocolate sauce on top.
